Common use of CALCULATIONS OF EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

CALCULATIONS OF EXPENSES. The Manager shall prepare a statement documenting the Expenses of the Company and the Expenses incurred by the Manager on behalf of the Company during each calendar month, and shall deliver such statement to the Company within 20 days after the end of each calendar month. Expenses incurred by the Manager on behalf of the Company shall be reimbursed monthly to the Manager on the first business day of the month immediately following the date of delivery of such statement.

The provisions of this Section 10 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.

Expenses incurred by the Manager Provider on behalf of the Company shall be reimbursed monthly to the Manager Provider on the first business day of the month immediately following the date of delivery of such statement.

Expenses incurred by the Manager on behalf of the Company and its Affiliates shall be reimbursed monthly quarterly to the Manager on the earlier of the first business day of the month immediately following the date of delivery of such statement and 10 business days following the date of delivery of such statement. The provisions of this Section 10 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.

Expenses incurred by the Manager on behalf of the Company Partnership shall be reimbursed monthly to the Manager on the first business day of the month immediately following the date of delivery of such statement.

CALCULATIONS OF EXPENSES. The Manager shall prepare a statement documenting the Expenses of the Company and the Expenses incurred by the Manager on behalf of the Company during each calendar month, and shall deliver such statement to the Company within 20 twenty (20) days after the end of each calendar month. Expenses incurred by the Manager on behalf of the Company shall be reimbursed monthly to the Manager in cash on a monthly basis on the first business day of the month immediately following the date of delivery of such statement.
