CALCULATIONS OF EXPENSES. The Advisor shall prepare a statement documenting the Expenses reasonably incurred by the Advisor on behalf of the Company during each calendar month, and shall deliver such statement to the Company within 20 days after the end of each calendar month. Expenses incurred by the Advisor on behalf of the Company shall be reimbursed by the Company to the Advisor not later than the first business day of the month immediately following the date of delivery of such statement; provided, however, that such reimbursements may be offset by the Advisor against amounts due to the Company. The provisions of this Section 10 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
