Calculations of Shares of Principal and Other Sums. Except as provided to the contrary in Sections 6.4, 6.5, 7.1, 7.3, 9.2, and 20, U.S. Bank’s and each other Buyer’s respective shares of Repurchase Prices and other sums received by the Administrative Agent on account of the Purchased Loans or with respect to them shall be calculated on the basis of each Buyer’s (including U.S. Bank’s) respective Pro Rata ownership interests in the Purchased Loans from time to time.
