Common use of Calculations on Price Determination Days Clause in Contracts

Calculations on Price Determination Days. (a) With respect to each Price Determination Day, the Trustee shall calculate and provide to the Administrative Agent and the Calculation Agent, within the time period agreed upon by the Trustee, the Administrative Agent and the Calculation Agent, the following data: (i) the number of Up-MACRO Holding Shares on deposit in the Up-MACRO Tradeable Trust on the preceding Business Day; (ii) the aggregate amount of Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares Outstanding on such Business Day; and (iii) the Per Share Underlying Value of an Up-MACRO Tradeable Share on such Business Day. For purposes of calculating the foregoing amounts on any Business Day, any issuances or exchanges of Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares scheduled to settle on such Business Day shall be taken into account in making such calculations.

For purposes of calculating the foregoing amounts on any Business Day, any issuances or exchanges of UpDown-MACRO Tradeable Shares scheduled to settle on such Business Day shall be taken into account in making such calculations.

Calculations on Price Determination Days. (a) With respect to each Price Determination Day, the Trustee shall calculate and provide to the Administrative Agent and the Calculation Agent, within not later than 5:00 p.m. on the time period agreed upon by the Trustee, the Administrative Agent and the Calculation Agentpreceding Business Day, the following data: (i) the number of Up-MACRO Holding Shares on deposit in the Up-MACRO Tradeable Trust on the such preceding Business Day; (ii) the aggregate amount of Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares Outstanding on such Business Day; and (iii) the Per Share Underlying Value of an Up-MACRO Tradeable Share on such Business Day. For purposes of calculating the foregoing amounts on any Business Day, any issuances or exchanges of Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares scheduled to settle on such Business Day shall be taken into account in making such calculations.
