Calendar Years. A request for a detailed rate review shall be made in writing at least four (4) months prior to the beginning of the Fiscal Year in which the results for the detailed rate review are to be applied. Contractor shall pay all reasonable costs for each detailed rate review whether incurred by Contractor or County, and the cost of such a detailed rate review shall be an allowable Pass-Through Cost.
Calendar Years. The Contractor will notify the Ministry at least thirty (30) days in advance of its intention to conduct the said inventory and the Ministry will have the right to be represented when the said inventory is taken. The Contractor must clearly state the principles on which valuation of the inventory has been based and will provide the Ministry with a full report of this inventory within a period of ninety (90) days from conclusion thereof.

The accounting firm will disclose to the auditing Party only whether the amounts reported by the audited Party were correct or not and the specific details concerning any discrepancies, and such information will be shared at the same time with CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED. INFORMATION FOR WHICH CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED IS OMITTED AND MARKED WITH “[...***...]”. AN UNREDACTED VERSION OF THE DOCUMENT HAS ALSO BEEN FURNISHED SEPARATELY TO THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY RULE 406 UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED. the other Party. No other information obtained by such accountants will be shared with the auditing Party. In the event there was an error in the amounts paid or payable hereunder, the auditor will have the right, at its sole discretion, to document such error with the auditor’s summary description thereof.
Calendar Years. Xxxxx Pharma shall during business hours, on no less than 14 day’s notice from Pacira and not more than once in any Calendar Year, make available for inspection the records and books referred to in clause 7.3. Such inspection shall be undertaken by an independent auditor appointed by Pacira and reasonably acceptable to Xxxxx Pharma for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of any statement or report given by Xxxxx Pharma to Pacira and/or the amount of royalties due.
Calendar Years. A portion or all of the Improvements may be eligible for complete or partial exemption from ad valorem taxes as a result of existing law or future legislation. This Agreement is not to be construed as evidence that no such exemptions shall apply to the Improvements.

D. As additional consideration for this Abatement, Owner agrees to make an annual Payment in Lieu of Taxes to the College in an amount equal to Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Eighteen and 00/100 Dollars ($41,618.00) multiplied by the total Nameplate Capacity included in the Certificate (and actually in place in the Reinvestment Zone) for each of the ten (10) Calendar Years of the Abatement. The first such payment shall be due and payable on January 31 of the Calendar Year immediately following the first Calendar Year of the Abatement, with the remaining nine (9) payments due and payable annually on January 31. By way of illustration, if Year 1 of the Abatement period is 2023, then the PILOT owed for 2023 shall be due and payable on or before January 31, 2024. There shall be a total of ten (10) PILOTs under this Agreement. Past due amounts shall be subject to any and all statutory interest and penalties applicable to the payment and collection of taxes as provided in the Texas Tax Code.
E. Owner agrees that the Project and Improvements, once constructed, will remain in place until at least fifteen (15) Calendar Years after COD (the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the last day of the twentieth Calendar Year after COD is referred to herein as the “Term”); provided that nothing herein prevents Owner from replacing equipment or fixtures comprising the Project and Improvements prior to that date, as long as such replacement does not result in a reduction of the Certified Appraised Value of the Project and Improvements. In the event that Owner removes any improvements comprising in the aggregate not more than 20% of the value of the Project and Improvements, Owner’s removal shall not be deemed a default under this Agreement if Owner provides written notice to College of same and pays to the College as liquidated damages for such removal from the Abatement in this Agreement, within thirty (30) days after such removal (automatically and without necessity of action or request by College), all taxes for such removed improvements (which otherwise would have been paid to the College without benefit of a tax Abatement) with interest at the statutory rate under ...
Calendar Years. This test can be waived if a qualified health care provider certifies that the unit member is at risk for excessive x-ray radiation, will test positive to the Tuberculin Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) skin test, and is clinically negative for tuberculosis. The unit member shall be responsible for the cost of the Tuberculosis (TB) test upon hiring. All subsequent tests will be paid for by the District. Unit members can receive the Tuberculosis (TB) test without charge at either College’s Student Health Center. Unit members who do not have current Tuberculosis (TB) test results on file with the District will be placed on an Unpaid Leave of Absence until the Tuberculosis (TB) test results have been received and acknowledged by the District Office of Human Resources. Unit members will be given written notice on or about forty-five (45) days before they are required to submit their Tuberculosis (TB) test. The notices will inform the unit member that if they do not have a current Tuberculosis (TB) test result on file with the District they will be placed on an Unpaid Leave of Absence until the Tuberculosis (TB) test results have been received and acknowledged by the District Office of Human Resources.
