Calibration Requirements Clause Samples
The Calibration Requirements clause sets out the standards and procedures for ensuring that equipment or instruments are properly calibrated before use. Typically, it specifies the frequency of calibration, the methods to be used, and the documentation required to verify compliance. This clause ensures that measurements and results are accurate and reliable, thereby reducing the risk of errors and maintaining quality control in operations.

Calibration Requirements. The flow rate of the high volume sampler with mass flow controller was calibrated using an orifice calibrator. Initial calibration (five points) was conducted upon installation and prior to commissioning. Calibration was carried out every six months. Calibration certificate is attached in Appendix C. Calibration of the MIE by certified laboratory or manufacturer was carried out every two years and properly documented. Calibration certificate is attached in Appendix C. The samplers shall be properly maintained. Prior to dust monitoring commencing, appropriate checks shall be made to ensure that all equipment and necessary power supply are in good working condition.
Calibration Requirements. Calibration requirements are outlined in the applicable Production QC Plan documents included in the Quality and Test Procedures. Jabil shall be responsible for development of implementation and maintenance plans to comply with all such calibration requirements.
Calibration Requirements. All Certificates provide traceability to NIST and meet ANS/NCSL Z540-1 requirements.
Calibration Requirements. Shell shall ensure that the Owner will provide current calibration records and/or factory certifications, traceable to appropriate standards, for all instrumentation critical to the calculation of test results (Class 1 primary variables) in accordance with PTC 46. Calibrations may take place at the Plant Site or at an independent instrumentation laboratory. Permanent Plant thermocouples which are wired to cold junctions in the DCS cabinets will provide “type” measurements and generally will not be calibrated. Calibration laboratories will be certified, traceable to nationally respected standards, and will maintain proper quality assurance procedures. Recalibration of test instruments after the tests will not be required unless, by mutual agreement between the Shell, the Owner and Gulf Power, there is cause for concern regarding instrumentation drift during the testing program.
Calibration Requirements. The Seller shall maintain a system for the calibration of all measuring and test equipment used in fulfillment of the purchase order that is in accordance with ISO 9001 or similar. DEFENSE PRIORITIES AND ALLOCATION SYSTEM (DPAS) RATING: This is a rated contract, certified for national defense. The Seller is required to follow all provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocation System Regulations (Ref 15 CFR 700). The DPAS Rating of this order is . ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/current/title-15/subtitle-B/chapter-VII/subchapter-A/part-700 FLOW DOWNS: Seller shall comply with all flow down clauses associated with the prime contract under which this purchase is made. Calibration Requirements. The process for calibrating manufacturing and inspection equipment such as CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machines, spot welders, ovens, wave solder, verniers, torque tools hardness testers, dielectric strength, DVM's (Digital Voltmeter), ICT (In-Circuit Test), FCT (Functional Card/Component Test) and vibration test equipment, etc. shall be defined and documented by the Supplier. As part of the calibration requirements, Supplier shall maintain records of the equipment calibrated, equipment labeling, calibration processes used, and the frequency of calibration.
Calibration Requirements. Shell shall cause Owner to provide current calibration records and/or factory certifications, traceable to appropriate standards, for all instrumentation critical to the calculation of test results (Class 1 primary variables) in accordance with PTC 46. Calibrations may take place at the Plant Site or at an independent instrumentation laboratory. Permanent Plant thermocouples which are wired to cold junctions in the DCS cabinets will provide “type” measurements and generally will not be calibrated. Calibration Requirements. Where a Work Order has not been completed, detailed calibration requirements must be specified on your Purchase Order or included with your instrument. This includes the type of service required, any specific data points or function checks and compliance with any specific standards etc. The Customer is responsible for ensuring it orders the required service(s). If you do not supply us with your requirements, RadPro’s default service/procedure will be provided based on the instrument type, make or model. CONFIDENTIALITY: All service requests, orders etc. made by the Customer to RadPro are considered proprietary information for the purposes specified in the Work or Purchase Order. All information furnished by the Customer to RadPro is considered CONFIDENTIAL. REPAIRS: We will advise you if any instruments are found to be in need of repairs and seek your instructions on how you would like us to proceed. The service fees for any repairs you may wish us to make are charged in addition to the calibration fees.
