Calibration Services. Sellers providing calibration services to Buyer shall have a Quality System compliant with ISO9001 (or equivalent). In addition, such Sellers shall be compliant with ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1. This provision flows to all suppliers throughout the procurement chain.

Calibration Services. NI Calibration Service includes calibration of each Covered Product in accordance with the recommended calibration interval found in product specifications online at xx.xxx/xxxxxxx. Depending on the Covered Product location, this Service may be provided at an NI Calibration Service Center, or through an NI Certified Calibration Center. Customers can find the current list of NI Calibration Service Centers and NI Certified Calibration Centers at xx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Customer may purchase any of the following NI-provided Calibration Services:

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.
