Common use of California Required Natural Hazard Disclosure Clause in Contracts

California Required Natural Hazard Disclosure. Seller has commissioned the Title Company to prepare the natural hazard disclosure statement in the form required by California Civil Code Section 1103, which disclosure is attached hereto as Exhibit β€œL”. Purchaser acknowledges that this transaction is not subject to that Civil Code Section, but that nevertheless the form promulgated therein serves to satisfy other statutory disclosure requirements of the Government Code and Public Resources Code. Seller does not warrant or represent either the accuracy or completeness of the information on that Exhibit, and Purchaser shall use same merely as a guideline in its overall investigation of the Property.
