CALIFORNIA TORT CLAIMS ACT. Notwithstanding any term or condition of the Agreement, the provisions, and related provisions, of the California Tort Claims Act, Division 3.6 of the Government Code, are not waived by COUNTY and shall apply to any claim against COUNTY arising out of any acts or conduct under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
