Purchaser and Sellers shall amend prior to the Closing that certain Agreement for Wireless Visiting Service dated May 25, 2001 ("CALL AGREEMENT") between Purchaser and Xxxxxx Cellular Systems, Inc. to delete from Exhibit A to the Call Agreement all references to the Cellular System, which amendment shall be effective as of the Closing Date.
