- CALL BACK / CALL OUT ALLOWANCE. Any Employee who is called back to work after he/she has completed his/her normal scheduled hours of work, shall receive a Call Back Allowance of Forty Five ($45.00) dollars for reporting or working after such Call Back. It is understood that this does not apply to requests for overtime during the course of the Work Day. Any Employee who is called out to work before his/her normal starting time, whether or not prior notice has been given shall receive the appropriate premium rate for the time worked before his/her normal starting time in addition to a Call Out Allowance of Forty Five ($45.00) dollars providing that he/she works the scheduled work day.
