Call-back Response Sample Clauses

Call-back Response. The Contractor shall, if directed by the designated Agency representative, respond to the site within one (1) workday of being notified that corrections need to be made. All “call-backs” and ensuing additional treatment(s) during any guarantee period shall be at “no charge” to the Agency, unless an action by the or an Agency resident (i.e., denied entry; poor housekeeping; lack of action or response or by the Agency Maintenance Manager; etc.), documented by the Contractor at the original time of occurrence and delivered to the Agency in a timely manner, precluded the Contractor from being able to guarantee the original service—in this case the Contractor shall be entitled to additional payment for the additional service.
