Call Charges. We will xxxx you for all Calls that are routed over our chosen network provider. Any Calls that are routed by other means for any reason beyond our control and for which you are invoiced by another provider will remain your responsibility. It is your responsibility to advise us if you receive invoices from other providers for services you believe to be with us and you should advise us as soon as you receive these invoices. We shall not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of you being invoiced by other providers (including but not limited to any perceived loss of savings).

Call Charges. Charges will not be applied for call transfers to Your voicemail and will be applied when transferring a call to a nominated number. Call charges are based on local telecom rates and vary dependent on destination to local, national, and international numbers.

Call Charges. Subject to clause 9.8, you must pay the Call Charges for the Service whether you use the Service or someone else does. Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, the Call Charges will either be as set out in the Network Services Agreement, or standard rates (which we can supply upon request).We can change the charges as explained in paragraph 16.2.

You acknowledge that any such withdrawal or change of any numbers or codes is outside of Our reasonable control and that We will not be liable to You for any loss or damage which You may suffer or for any costs or expenses which You may incur for any interruption to Your business as a result of the same. 3.5 You may not sell or transfer or seek to sell or transfer any numbers or codes allocated by Us. If We provide Connectivity Services to You, the terms of this Schedule C will govern the provision of Our Connectivity Services to You.
