Call for position paper. The Chairperson may call for any matter before the PCG or relevant Sub-Committee, which he or she considers is unlikely to be agreed by the PCG or relevant Sub- Committee (as the case may be), to be recorded in a position paper to reflect as far as is practicable the positions of the parties in relation to that matter or the issues raised by that matter (including those that are agreed as well as those where different positions have been taken).
