Common use of Call Meetings Clause in Contracts

Call Meetings. Class B Members owning, in the aggregate, not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the issued and outstanding Units of all classes, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members as described in Section 8.7 hereof;

Call Meetings. Class B A Members owning, in the aggregate, not less than twenty-five twenty percent (2520%) of the issued and outstanding Units of all classes, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members as described in Section 8.7 hereof;
