Common use of Call Meetings Clause in Contracts

Call Meetings. Class C Members owning, in the aggregate, not less than thirty percent (30%) of the issued and outstanding Units of all classes, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members as described in Section 8.7 hereof;

Call Meetings. Class C B Members owning, in the aggregate, not less than thirty twenty-five percent (3025%) of the issued and outstanding Units of all classes, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members as described in Section 8.7 hereof;
