Notice of every meeting of Holders of Securities of any series, setting forth the time and the place of such meeting and in general terms the action proposed to be taken at such meeting, shall be given, in the manner provided in Section 106, not less than 21 nor more than 180 days prior to the date fixed for the meeting.

Any previously scheduled meeting of the Members may be postponed, and any meeting of the Members may be canceled, by resolution of the Board upon public notice given prior to the date previously scheduled for such meeting of the Members.
