Common use of Call of Meetings by Company or Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Call of Meetings by Company or Securityholders. In case at any time the Company, pursuant to a Board Resolution, or the holders of at least 10% in aggregate principal amount of the Securities of any or all series, as the case may be, then Outstanding, shall have requested the Trustee to call a meeting of securityholders of any or all series to take any action authorized in Section 9.01, by written request setting forth in reasonable detail the action proposed to be taken at the meeting, and the Trustee shall not have provided notice of such meeting in the manner provided in Section 15.04 within 30 days after receipt of such request, then the Company or the holders of such Securities in the amount above specified may determine the time and the place in New York, New York or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for such meeting and may call such meeting by giving notice thereof as provided in Section 9.02.
