Common use of Call of Meetings by Corporation or Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Call of Meetings by Corporation or Securityholders. In case at any time the Corporation, pursuant to a Board Resolution, or the Holders of at least ten percent in aggregate principal amount of the Securities of any or all series, as the case may be, then outstanding, shall have requested the Trustee to call a meeting of Securityholders of any or all series to take any action authorized in Section 9.01, by written request setting forth in reasonable detail the action proposed to be taken at the meeting, and the Trustee shall not have mailed or published, as provided in Section 9.02, the notice of such meeting within thirty days after receipt of such request, then the Corporation or the Holders of such Securities in the amount above specified may determine the time and the place in said Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York or London for such meeting and may call such meeting to take any action authorized in Section 9.01, by mailing notice thereof as provided in Section 9.02.
