Common use of Call of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Call of Meetings. A meeting of the members for any proper purpose or purposes may be called at any time either by any class A member or group of class A members holding at least 25% of the percentage interests in the company or by the management committee. Only business within the purpose or purposes described in the notice of the meeting may be conducted at a meeting of the members. The notice shall specify the time and location of the meeting.
