CALL OFF CONTRACT AWARD PROCEDURES. If a Client wishes to source Services through the Framework Agreement and award a ‘Call Off’ contract, it shall first determine from: Information supplied by the Framework Providers (whether incorporated in their responses to their ITT response or otherwise); information publicly available (including through the Framework Providers own web-sites, or elsewhere); and information shared between Framework Clients, which Framework Providers are capable of performing the required Services (the “capable Framework Agreement Providers”). The Client may then choose a capable Framework Provider with whom to place an Order in one of the following ways:- By operating a rota system between capable Framework Agreement Providers; by choosing the Framework Provider who demonstrably offers best value for money for its requirement when judged against the criteria of: technical merit, (including, without limitation, ease by which data will be exchanged, security of the data, expediency by which debt recovery activity can be started); quality (including, without limitation, customer contact effectiveness; debtor complaint avoidance and resolution; ability to achieve KPI’s and specifically recovery rates); and cost effectiveness; or
