Common use of Call on Financial Security Clause in Contracts

Call on Financial Security. The Multiplex Licensee may on reasonable notice in writing to the Access Seeker call on the Financial Security or use the Financial Security (or part of it) to settle any amount due or payable to the Multiplex Licensee by the Access Seeker under this Agreement if the amount has been due or payable for longer than 30 days or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
