Call Option Notice. We refer to the Put and Call Agreement (the “Put and Call Agreement”) dated April ___, 2009 and made between you and the undersigned. Terms defined in the Put and Call Agreement shall bear the same meaning when used herein.
Call Option Notice. Able Star may deliver to GE Equity a notice (a “Call Option Notice”) at any time during the period which is within 30 days of Able Star first becoming aware of, or the occurrence of (whichever is later), one of the following events (a “Call Option Event”):
Call Option Notice. If the SPE Shareholders elect to exercise the Call Option, they shall do so by delivering a written notice (an “Option Notice”) to the Non-SPE Shareholders by no later than the last day of the Call Option Period. The Option Notice shall state the election of the SPE Shareholders to exercise the Call Option to purchase all (but not less than all) the Non-SPE Shares (the “Call Shares”) without any conditions (other than those contemplated by this Agreement, which need not be stated in any such Option Notice).
Call Option Notice. If the SPE Shareholders elect to exercise the Call Option, they shall do so by delivering a written notice (an “Option Notice”) to the Non-SPE Shareholders by no later than the last day of the Call Option Period. The Option Notice shall state the election of the SPE Shareholders to exercise the Call Option to purchase all (but not less than all) of the Non-SPE Shares without any conditions (other than those contemplated by this Agreement, which need not be stated in any such Option Notice). Upon receipt of an Option Notice, no Non-SPE Shareholder shall be permitted to transfer any Shares except pursuant to this Section 5.2.
Call Option Notice. (a) Once given, a Call Option Notice is irrevocable.
(b) A Call Option Notice may be given either:
(i) in respect of all of the Tranche A Shares; or
(ii) if the condition precedent referred to in clause 1.2 is fulfilled:
(A) all of the Option Shares; or
(B) if a Call Option Notice has previously been given in respect of all of the Tranche A Shares, the Tranche B Shares.

Call Option Notice. We refer to the supplemental deed dated [●] 2016 (the “Deed”) to the share purchase agreement dated July 6, 2015 entered into between Success Diary II Limited, China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd., Asia Dairy Holdings and Asia Dairy Holdings II. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to such terms in the Deed.

Call Option Notice. We refer to the Call Option Agreement. We hereby give you notice that we wish to exercise the Call Option, details of which are as follows:
Call Option Notice. The Call Option may be exercised by the ------------------ Calling Stockholders by giving written notice of exercise to Communicade. If the Calling Stockholders exercise the Call Option, then the Calling Stockholders shall be obligated to purchase and Communicade shall be obligated to sell all the shares of Company Stock then owned by it at the purchase price and on the terms as provided in Section 2.6.
Call Option Notice. The either party shall be required to give 7 days clear notice in writing to the Company for exercise of the Call option. The Company shall however be within its right to waive the specified period and agree for shorter notice.
