Call Option of the Company. The Company shall have the option to call all or a portion of this Warrant at a call premium equal to 120% of the Exercise Price in effect on such call date; provided, however, that the Company shall provide the Holder with ten (10) days prior written notice of the Company’s election to call all or a portion of this Warrant.
