CALL OUT FEE. 8.1 In the event that the Seller is required to provide the Services urgently, that may require the Seller’s staff to work outside normal business hours (including but not limited to working, through lunch breaks, weekends and/or Public Holidays) then the Seller reserves the right to charge the Client a minimum call out fee based on the Seller’s standard hourly labour rate, plus travel, plus Goods, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Client.
CALL OUT FEE. 18.1 Should one of Our Technicians be called out byyou, and the breakdown and or defect is caused by Your negligence, includ ing, but not limited to: o Equipment not switched on; or o Equipment running out of fuel; And Our Technician must turn on the equipment; refuel and/or bleed the equipment, an appropriate hourly rate call out fee will be applicable. This hourly rate is based on our standard rates and is available on request. • 18.2 Such call out fee will be calculated from the time Our Technician leaves our premises and until time of return. • 18.3 A travelling fee will be charged, based on our standard rates and is available on request. Such travelling fee will be c al cu lated per kilometre that the Technician travelled from Our premises to You and back to Our premises.
CALL OUT FEE. A call out fee is a one-off charge that is priced depending on the location of the call out.
CALL OUT FEE. $55.00 Call out fee is only payable when the employee is called to a breakdown or on-site service outside of normal “breakdown” hours as times nominated above. The callout fee is NOT payable for consecutive breakdowns, unless the consecutive breakdowns (individually) exceed the 2-hour minimum.

CALL OUT FEE. 2.1 If the Contractor has charged the Customer a callout fee for the dispatch of Personnel to the Customer’s premises in relation to the Works, the Customer agrees to pay the callout fee by the end of the day on which the Personnel is dispatched to the Customer’s premises. 2.2 The Contract Price will be reduced by the amount of the Callout Fee if: (a) the Callout Fee was charged to the Customer within 14 days of this Agreement being entered into; (b) the Agreement is entered into by the Customer within 7 days of a Contractor or other person being dispatched to the Customer’s premises; (c) the Works are not Urgent Works; or (d) a Contractor or other person is dispatched to the Customer’s premises between the hours of 7:00AM – 4:00PM (AEST) between Monday to Friday (excluding gazetted public holidays within the meaning of the Public Holidays Act 2010 (NSW)) or at any time between 23 December and 14 January of the following calendar year.
CALL OUT FEE. For all repair work requiring BLC to attend your premises, a Call Out Fee will be applicable. YOU will be notified of the Call Out Fee prior to BLC attending your premises.
