Call-Related Databases. Databases, other than operations support systems, that are used in signaling networks for billing and collection, or the transmission, routing, or other provision of a telecommunications service. Call-related databases include, but are not limited to, the calling name database, 911 database, E911 database, line information database, toll free calling database, advanced intelligent network databases, and downstream number portability databases.

Call-Related Databases. 6.2.1 For purposes of switch query and database response through a signaling network, Ameritech shall provide CLEC access to its call- related databases, including the Line Information Database, Toll Free Calling database, downstream number portability databases, and Advanced Intelligent Network databases by means of physical access at the STP linked to the unbundled database. 6.2.2 If CLEC purchases Unbundled Local Switching, CLEC may, upon request, use Ameritech's SCP in the same manner, and via the same signaling links, as Ameritech. If CLEC has deployed its own switch, and has linked that switch to Ameritech's signaling system, CLEC shall be given access to Ameritech's SCP in a manner that allows CLEC to provide any call- related, database-supported services to Customers served by CLEC's switch. If the Implementation Team is unable to agree in the Implementation Plan to appropriate mediation mechanisms with respect to access to the AIN SCPs, the Parties shall adopt the mechanisms adopted by the Commission. Ameritech shall provide CLEC access to call-related databases in a manner that complies with the CPNI requirements of Section 222 of the Act. 6.2.3 The Parties shall agree upon appropriate mediation facilities arrangements for the Interconnection of their signaling networks, databases, and associated facilities, as necessary to adequately safeguard against intentional and unintentional misuse of the signaling networks and facilities of each Party. Such arrangements shall provide for at a minimum: • Capabilities to protect each Party's information; • Agreements on handling maintenance and troubleshooting related to AIN services; • Usage forecasts provided by CLEC so that Ameritech can provide sufficient resources for other requesting carriers, and capabilities to ensure that the Parties abide by such forecasts; • Procedures to ensure, prior to deployment, that each service will properly operate within Ameritech's network; • Procedures to verify proper deployment of each service in the network; and • Mechanisms to ensure protection of the confidentiality of proprietary information of both carriers and customers.
Call-Related Databases. The Call-Related Databases UNE is defined as access to a database, other than operations support systems (OSS), that are used in signaling networks for billing and collection, or the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service. These databases include the calling name database, 911 database, E-911 database, line information database, toll free (800 type services) calling database, advanced intelligent network database and downstream number portability databases that are provided by means of physical access at the signaling transfer point linked to the unbundled databases. LIDB services and database 800 type services shall be provided in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions of GTOC Tariff FCC No. 1. VERIZON reserves the right not to unbundle the services created in the AIN platform and architecture that qualify for proprietary treatment.

In accordance with Rule 51.319(e)(2)(i), GTE will not make the calling name database, 911 database or E-911 database as an UNE before May 17, 2000. Upon written request by US Dial Tone or GTE, the Parties shall engage in further good faith negotiations regarding the implementation of such databases as an UNE. In addition, GTE reserves the right not to unbundle the services created in the AIN platform and architecture that qualify for proprietary treatment.
Call-Related Databases. 6.1 Call related databases provided under this Agreement shall only be provided with wholesale local circuit switching pursuant to the terms and conditions herein and at the rates set forth in Exhibit A. Call-Related Databases. 12.1 911 and E911 Databases. BellSouth shall provide KDL with nondiscriminatory access to 911 and E911 databases on an unbundled basis, in accordance with 47 CFR § 51.319 (f).
Call-Related Databases. 5.1 Call related databases provided under this Agreement shall only be provided with either DS0 Wholesale Switch Port Services or DS0 Wholesale Local Voice Platform Services pursuant to the terms and conditions herein and at the rates set forth in Exhibit A. Database services that are not available pursuant to this Agreement may be available at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in BellSouth’s tariffs. 5.2 BellSouth’s Calling Name (CNAM) Database Services 5.2.1 BellSouth’s CNAM database Services provide the ability to associate a name with the calling party’s number for any name and number stored in the BellSouth CNAM database, allowing the End User (to which a call is being terminated and which subscribes to the necessary services) to view the calling party's name before the call is answered. 5.2.2 CUSTOMER’s End Users’ names and numbers related to DS0 Wholesale Switch Port Services and DS0 Wholesale Local Voice Platform Services shall be stored in the BellSouth CNAM database, and shall be available, on a per query basis only, to all entities that launch queries to the BellSouth CNAM database. BellSouth, at its sole discretion, may opt to interconnect with and query other calling name databases. In the event BellSouth does not query a third party calling name database that stores the calling party’s information, BellSouth cannot deliver the calling party’s information to a called End User. In addition, BellSouth cannot deliver the calling party’s information where the calling party subscribes to any service that would block or otherwise cause the information to be unavailable. 5.2.3 For each CUSTOMER End User that subscribes to a switch based vertical feature providing calling name information to that End User for calls received, BellSouth will launch a query on a per call basis to the BellSouth CNAM database, or, subject to Section 5.2.2 above, to a third party calling name database, to provide calling name information, if available, to CUSTOMER’s End User. CUSTOMER shall pay the rates set forth in Exhibit A, on a per query basis, for each query to the BellSouth CNAM database. In addition, CUSTOMER shall reimburse BellSouth for any charges BellSouth pays to third party calling name database providers for queries launched to such database providers for the benefit of CUSTOMER’s End Users.
