Where CUSTOMER purchases Wholesale. Switch Port Services or Wholesale Local Platform Services, BellSouth shall utilize BellSouth’s service order generated from CUSTOMER’s LSR to populate LIDB with CUSTOMER’s End User information. BellSouth provides access to information in its LIDB, including CUSTOMER End User information, to various providers of Telecommunications Services via queries to LIDB pursuant to tariffs. Information stored for CUSTOMER, pursuant to this Agreement, shall be available to those Telecommunications Service providers.
Where CUSTOMER purchases Wholesale. Local Circuit Switching, unbundled switching, resold services from BellSouth, or is a Facilities Based Carrier, BellSouth agrees to store in its LIDB certain information at the request of CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER understands that BellSouth provides access to information in its LIDB to various telecommunications service providers pursuant to applicable tariffs and agrees that information stored at the request of CUSTOMER, pursuant to this Agreement, shall be available to those telecommunications service providers.
