Call Reports; Bank Holding Company Reports. (a) The Bank has made available to Zions Bancorp its Consolidated Reports of Condition and Consolidated Reports of Income for the calendar quarters dated March 31, 1995 and thereafter. All of such Consolidated Reports of Condition and Consolidated Reports of Income, including the related schedules and memorandum items, were prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applied in all material respects or, to the extent different from generally accepted accounting principles, accounting principles mandated by the applicable instructions to such Consolidated Reports of Condition or Consolidated Reports of Income.
