Call Right Deadline. If VICI does not deliver a Call Right Property Package Request to Owner in accordance with Section 5(b) prior to the expiration of the VICI Election Period, TIME BEING OF THE ESSENCE, this Agreement shall automatically terminate on the expiration of such period.
