Common use of Called Shares Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, from and after the date of the Repurchase Notice, such Shareholder shall not have any rights with respect to any of the Section 4.3 Called Shares (including any rights pursuant to Section 3.3(a) or 3.4), except to receive the purchase price therefor.
