Calls on Production. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.11, there are no calls on or preferential rights to purchase production from the Assets, take-or-pay payments, advance payment, or other arrangements whereby Grantee will not receive full payment for production delivered at the time that such production is delivered and no Property is subject to penalties on allowables due to production in excess of allowables.
