CALLS ON SHARES. 37. The Board of Directors may from time to time make such calls as they think fit upon the Members in respect of all moneys unpaid on the shares allotted to or held by them and, if a call is not paid on or before the day appointed for payment thereof, in addition to any other remedies that the Company may have, the Member may at the discretion of the Board of Directors be liable to pay the Company interest on the amount of such call at the rate of the offered quotation for U.S. dollar deposits to lending banks in the London interbank market, plus one percent (1%) from the date when such call was payable up to the actual date of payment. The joint holders of a share shall be jointly and severally liable to pay all calls in respect thereof.
