Common use of CalWORKs Residential Perinatal Alcohol and Drug Treatment Units of Service Clause in Contracts

CalWORKs Residential Perinatal Alcohol and Drug Treatment Units of Service. 1. Admit to Contractor’s CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment program a minimum of six (6) program participants. Provide one thousand one hundred eighty three (1,183) days of CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment services to be allocated by Contractor. Of these: a. Admit to Contractor’s CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment program a minimum of three (3) women program participants. These women must be either pregnant substance using, or parenting, with an identified impairment in her ability to care for a child, ages birth through twelve (12), due to substance use, and must also be a CalWORKs recipient. Contractor will provide a maximum of seven hundred eighty nine (789) days of CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment services to be allocated by Contractor. b. Admit to Contractor’s CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment program a minimum of three (3) program participants who are children of the women admitted to the CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment program, above. Provide a minimum of three hundred ninety four (394) days of CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment services to be allocated by Contractor.

Provide a maximum of one thousand one two hundred eighty three ninety five (1,1831,295) days of CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment services to be allocated by Contractor. Of these: a. Admit to Contractor’s CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment program a minimum of three (3) women program participants. These women must be either pregnant substance using, or parenting, with an identified impairment in her ability to care for a child, ages birth through twelve (12), due to substance use, and must also be a CalWORKs recipient. Contractor will provide a maximum of seven two hundred eighty nine seveny (789270) days of CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment services to be allocated by Contractor. b. Admit to Contractor’s CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment program a minimum of three (3) program participants who are children of the women admitted to the CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment program, above. Provide a minimum of three two hundred ninety four fifty six (394256) days of CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment services to be allocated by ContractorContractor among a minimum of five (5) program participants who are children of the women admitted to the CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment program.

Provide one thousand one hundred eighty three (1,183) days of CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment services to be allocated by Contractor. Of these: a. Admit to Contractor’s CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment program a minimum of three (3) women program participants. These women must be either pregnant substance using, or parenting, with an identified impairment in her ability to care for a child, ages birth through twelve (12), due to substance use, and must also be a CalWORKs recipient. Of these:. a. Admit to Contractor’s CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment program a minimum of three twelve (312) women program participants. These women must be either pregnant substance using, or parenting, with an identified impairment in her ability to care for a child, ages birth through twelve (12), due to substance use, and must also be a CalWORKs recipient. Contractor will provide a maximum of seven one thousand four hundred eighty nine and seventeen (7891,417) days of CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment services to be allocated by Contractor. b. Admit to Contractor’s CalWORKs residential perinatal alcohol and drug treatment program a minimum of three twelve (312) program participants who are children of the women admitted to the CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment program, program above. Provide a minimum of three one thousand four hundred ninety four and thirty eight (3941,438) days of CalWORKs residential perinatal treatment services to be allocated by Contractor.
