Common use of CALYON S Clause in Contracts

CALYON S. A., a société anonyme established and existing under the laws of France acting through its registered office at 0, xxxx xx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, 92920 Paris La Défense, France in its capacity as security trustee for and on behalf of the Lenders (in such capacity the “Security Trustee” which expression shall include any successor thereto); and

CALYON S. A., a société anonyme established and existing under the laws of France acting through its registered office at 0, xxxx xx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, 92920 Paris La Défense, France in its capacity as security trustee agent for and on behalf of the Lenders (in such capacity the “Security TrusteeAgent” which expression shall include any successor thereto); and.
