Common use of Canadian Commitment Percentage Clause in Contracts

Canadian Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Canadian Bank, the percentage set forth on Schedule 1 hereto, as such Schedule may be updated from time to time in accordance with §§2.3(f), 2.4 and 21 hereof, as such Canadian Bank’s percentage of the Total Canadian Commitment.
