Canadian Counsel Review. Seller’s Canadian counsel, the Law Firm of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (“Seller’s Canadian Counsel”), shall have reviewed all relevant transaction documents, and the Parties have adopted any such reasonable revisions (whether by amendment, addendum, or otherwise), to adopt such reasonable revisions required by Canadian securities or corporate laws or the rules of the NEO Exchange as requested by Seller’s Canadian Counsel.
