Common use of Canadian Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Canadian Credit Facility. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the table set forth in clause (b) of the definition of “Applicable Rate” and the provisions of Sections 2.03, 2.06(b), 2.07(b), 2.10(b), 2.11(b) and 2.16(b) may be amended or waived by the Canadian Lender without the consent of the US Lenders.
