Common use of Canadian Priority Payables Reserve Clause in Contracts

Canadian Priority Payables Reserve. on any date of determination, a reserve in such amount as Agent may determine which reflects the unpaid (when due) or un-remitted (when due) payroll tax deductions, unpaid (when due) pension plan contributions, employment insurance premiums, amounts deducted for vacation pay, wages, workers’ compensation and other unpaid (when due) or unremitted (when due) amounts by any Canadian Domiciled Obligor which would give rise to a Lien with priority under Applicable Law over the Lien of Agent.
