Common use of Canadian Rent and Charges Reserve Clause in Contracts

Canadian Rent and Charges Reserve. the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by an Obligor to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Canadian Facility Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Canadian Facility Collateral; and (b) commencing three months after the Original Agreement Closing Date, a reserve at least equal to three months’ rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Lien Waiver.
