Canadian Securities Laws, Securities Act, and Exchange Act. The Manager, on behalf of the Trust, will use its commercially reasonable efforts to comply with all requirements imposed upon it by Canadian Securities Laws, the Securities Act, the Exchange Act and the rules of the Exchanges as from time to time in force, so far as necessary to permit the continuance of sales of, or dealings in, the Placement Units as contemplated by the provisions hereof and the Prospectus. Unless required by the autorité des marchés financiers (Quebec), the prospectus supplement and documents incorporated by reference therein need not be translated into French.
