The Company is a reporting issuer in each of the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Pxxxxx Xxxxxx Island, and Saskatchewan, is not in default of any material requirement of the Canadian Securities Laws and is not included on a list of reporting issuers as being in default or a list of defaulting reporting issuers, as applicable, maintained by the securities regulators in each of the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Pxxxxx Xxxxxx Island, and Saskatchewan.
