Common use of Canadian Swingline Note Clause in Contracts

Canadian Swingline Note. The Canadian Swingline Loans shall be evidenced by a duly executed promissory note of the Canadian Borrower to the Canadian Swingline Lender in the original Dollar Amount of the Canadian Swingline Committed Amount and substantially in the form of Schedule 2.6(h).
