Cancel of Purchase Order. If Customer cancels a purchase order within thirty (30) days prior to scheduled shipment date, Customer shall pay to Supplier a restocking fee of Twenty percent (20%) of the canceled purchase order. Supplier shall not assess any cancellation charges if Supplier cancels an order.
