If you have purchased a subscription through a third party (such as an authorized reseller or your employer), and you wish to cancel, you must do so directly with that third party, following that third party's instructions. We will only terminate your subscription upon notice to us provided by such third party. If you have subscribed through a third party, you may not be entitled to any refund of fees by us; we shall have no obligation to, and shall not, refund any fees paid by you to a third party.
