If you have placed an Order under a Spot Contract, Forward Contract, Limit Order or our Regular Payments Service which has been accepted, you may cancel or terminate the Contract at any point up to the end of the Business Day preceding the Value Date by notifying us by telephone, post, email, or through our Website and no charges will apply. Cancellation of an Order may also be made in accordance with clause 8.3 below.
