Cancellation and destruction after loss of securities status. If the securities deeds held in safe custody for the Customer lose their status as securities due to the expiry of the rights evidenced therein, they may be cancelled from the Customer's custody account for the purpose of destruction. As far as possible, deeds held in safe custody in Germany shall be made available to the Customer upon request. The Customer shall be informed of the cancellation, the possibility of delivery and the possible destruction. If the Customer does not give any instructions, Trade Republic may destroy the documents after a period of two months after sending the notification to the Customer.
