Cancellation and Destruction of Bonds Upon Payment. (a) All Bonds that have been paid or redeemed or that have otherwise been surrendered to the Trustee under this Indenture, either at or before maturity, shall be canceled by the Trustee immediately upon the payment or redemption of such Bonds and the surrender thereof to the Trustee.

Cancellation and Destruction of Bonds Upon Payment. All Bonds which have been paid or redeemed or which the Trustee has purchased or which have otherwise been surrendered to the Trustee under this Indenture, either at or before maturity, shall be cancelled and destroyed by the Trustee immediately upon the payment, redemption or purchase of such Bonds and the surrender thereof to the Trustee. The Trustee shall execute a certificate in triplicate describing the Bonds so cancelled and destroyed, and shall file executed counterparts of such certificate with the Issuer, the Borrower and the Credit Enhancer. Bonds at any time held by the Issuer shall be surrendered to the Trustee for cancellation in accordance with the provisions of this Section.

Cancellation and Destruction of Bonds Upon Payment. All Bonds that have been paid, surrendered for transfer or exchange or otherwise surrendered to the Bond Registrar for cancellation under this Indenture, either at or before maturity, shall be canceled by the Bond Registrar. All Bonds canceled under any of the provisions of this Indenture shall be destroyed by the Bond Registrar. The Bond Registrar shall execute a certificate in quadruplicate describing the Bonds so canceled and shall file executed counterparts of such certificate with the Issuer, the Lessee and the Letter of Credit Provider.

  • Cancellation and Destruction of Surrendered Receipts All Receipts surrendered to the Depositary shall be cancelled by the Depositary. The Depositary is authorized to destroy Receipts so cancelled.

Any ADSs held in book-entry form (e.g., through accounts at DTC) shall be deemed canceled when the Depositary causes the number of ADSs evidenced by the Balance Certificate to be reduced by the number of ADSs surrendered (without the need to physically destroy the Balance Certificate).
