Common use of Cancellation and/or Adjustment of a Global Warrant Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of a Global Warrant. At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global Warrant have either been exchanged for Definitive Warrants, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, such Global Warrant shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Warrant Agent. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Warrant is exchanged for Definitive Warrants, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the number of Warrants represented by such Global Warrant shall be reduced and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Warrant, by the Warrant Agent to reflect such reduction.
