Common use of Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Note Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Note. At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global Note have either been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, such Global Note shall be returned to or retained and canceled by the Trustee. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Note. At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global Note have either been exchanged for Definitive Notes or beneficial interests in other Global Notes, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, such Global Note shall be returned to or retained and canceled by the Trustee. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive NotesNotes or a beneficial interest in another Global Note, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Note Notes Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Certificated Notes, redeemed, converted, repurchased or canceled, the aggregate principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Global Note Custodian, Holder at the direction of the Trustee Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global Note have either been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, such the Global Note shall be returned to or retained and canceled by the TrusteeTrustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee Trustee, to reflect such reduction.
