Common use of Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for or transferred to a Person who will take delivery thereof in the form of a beneficial interest in another Global Note or for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, Note by the Trustee or by the Notes Custodian, Depositary at the direction of the Trustee, Trustee to reflect such reduction.

At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for or transferred to a Person who will take delivery thereof in the form of Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall will be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall will be made on such Global Note, Note by the Trustee or by the Notes Custodian, Depositary at the direction of the Trustee, Trustee to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global Notes Note have either been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelledcanceled, all such Global Notes Note shall be returned to or retained and cancelled canceled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereofTrustee. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelledcanceled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global NoteNote (or the principal amount of such Global Note shall otherwise be reduced in accordance with standard practices of the Note Custodian and the Depositary), by the Trustee or the Notes Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, Trustee to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global Notes Note have either been exchanged for Definitive NotesNotes of the same issue, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all the Global Notes Note shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereofTrustee. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive NotesNotes of the same issue, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the aggregate principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, Note by the Trustee or the Notes Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in the Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive certificated Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 2.13 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive certificated Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.
