Common use of Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Certificated Secured Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, the principal amount of Secured Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Secured Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelledcanceled, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled canceled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof2.11. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelledcanceled, the principal amount of Senior Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, by the Trustee or the Notes Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time ---------------------------------------------- as all beneficial interests in the Global Notes Note have either been exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelledcanceled, all the Global Notes Note shall be returned to (or retained by) and cancelled canceled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereofTrustee. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a the Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelledcanceled, the aggregate principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Note, Note by the Trustee or the Notes Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Notes. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Notes have been exchanged for Definitive Certificated Notes, redeemed, repurchased or cancelledcanceled, all Global Notes shall be returned to or retained and cancelled canceled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.
