Common use of Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Securities Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Securities. At such time as all beneficial interests in Global Securities have been exchanged for Definitive Securities, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, all Global Securities shall be returned to or retained and canceled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.10. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Security is exchanged for a Definitive Security, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Security shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Security, by the Trustee or the Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

Cancellation and/or Adjustment of Global Securities. At such --------------------------------------------------- time as all beneficial interests in the Global Securities have been exchanged for Definitive Physical Securities, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, all Global Securities shall be returned to or retained and canceled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 2.102.11 hereof. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Security is exchanged for a Definitive Security, redeemed, repurchased an interest in another Global Security or canceledfor Physical Securities, the principal amount of Notes Securities represented by such Global Security shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Security, by the Trustee or the Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a the Global Security is exchanged for a Definitive SecuritySecurities, redeemed, repurchased or canceledcancelled, the aggregate principal amount of Notes Securities represented by such Global Security shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Security, Security by the Trustee or the Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.

At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a the Global Security is exchanged for a Definitive SecurityCertificated Securities, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, the aggregate principal amount of Notes Securities represented by such Global Security shall be reduced accordingly and an endorsement shall be made on such Global Security, Security by the Trustee or the Note Custodian, at the direction of the Trustee, to reflect such reduction.
